How Mindset Coaching Works
You can’t control everything around you.
But you can control your own state, and when that shifts, everything else begins to shift too.
I often describe my coaching as an MOT for your mind, body and spirit, with a focus on three key areas:
◇ Awareness: Understanding your patterns and how you’ve been operating
◇ Acceptance: Stepping out of battling life and learning to shift your perspective
◇ Allowing: Learning what you can and can't control, and allowing life to flow more naturally
All coaching is guided by my Mindset Transformation Method®, a whole-person approach designed to create lasting change across your mindset, wellbeing, and daily life.
We use consistent 1:1 coaching, breathwork, meditation and EFT to create real, lasting change in how you think, feel and
live.
What Coaching Can Look Like
One client came to me after coming out of a long-term challenging relationship with a narcissistic partner.
She had three young children.
She was struggling to get out of bed.
She felt like she’d lost her motivation, her energy, her sense of direction.
In her words, she felt “very down in the dumps.”
Within the first week, things started to shift...
She was getting out of bed more.
She began to make more healthy food choices and started taking exercise.
She realised she didn’t want to let her ex control her life anymore or hand her power to him.
Through consistent coaching, breathwork, and meditation, she started to feel connected to herself again, and began to see her situation very differently.

She was no longer going back to bed during the day
Her house felt clean and organised again
She had applied for jobs
She had started writing again (something she hadn’t done for a long time)

I'm Sophie
A mother of three daughters, and someone who understands how easy it is to lose yourself when you’re constantly giving your energy to everyone else.
For years, I was focused on family, work, and supporting others (navigating challenges with my teenage children and working with a charity supporting veterans with PTSD). Life looked full, but I felt disconnected, unfulfilled, and unsure of my direction.
As women, as mothers, as caregivers, we give so much of our energy to other people, often without realising it. Looking back, I realised I'd spent years doing exactly that.
I kept coming back to the same thought: there must be more to life than this.
That question led me to explore coaching, breathwork and meditation, and to see how disconnected many of us are from ourselves, from nature, and from each other.
The more disconnected we become, the more we tend to look outside ourselves for answers, trying to control life by forcing and fixing everything. Through this work, I came to understand that real change happens when we stop battling life and allow things to flow more naturally.
This became the foundation of my Mindset Transformation Method®, helping women find their direction and make choices that feel right for them.
